Placed in a Grade 2 hurdle , won at Taunton and beaten only 3&1/2 lengths in The County Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival since sold.
Murphy’s Law (Ire) 2014 – Sold
Murphy's Law is a 4yo son of Goldwell (Sire of Grade 1 Jumpers Holywell, John's Spirit and Sausalito Sunrise) out of an Old Vic mare (Old Vic has a tremendous record as a dam-sire including the great Annie Power and being the sire of a Gold Cup and Grand National winner directly himself!). He is from the family of Fireball Macnamara, Baron Blakeney & Neon Wolf.
Its All A Lark (Ire) 2013 – Sold
This 5yo mare by Oscar out of a Definite Article mare was in the top 20 fillies at the Land Rover Sale in 2016 and is an Irish point-to-point winner from 5 starts for Colin Bowe and placed on 4 other occasions before embarking on a career over hurdles where she has run 4 times, placed twice, her last run being 11th September. The form of her final run where she was 5th has worked out very well. The 4th has won at Navan and the 9th won at Clonmel. She was beaten only a length at Down Royal where she nearly made all and has put together a string of consistent efforts so is surely a winner in waiting. Her dam is a winner of a bumper on her one and only start for Philip Hobbs and her unraced half-brother was bought by Highflyer & Nicky Henderson for €60k at last year's Derby Sale.
So Lonely (2014) – Sold
This consistent 4yo daughter of Group 1 winning So You Think has been a model of consistency in her short career so far, placed in 5 bumpers in Ireland and unlucky in running when beaten only a short head in her only hurdle start to date. Sure to be great fun and a sure fire winner in England.
Turning Gold (2014) – Sold
I bought Turning Gold at the Tattersalls Newmarket Horses In Training sale. He is a proper size for jumping, 17hh and by a sire I love and a good record for transferring ability from flat to hurdles in Pivotal. I bought Turning Gold at the Tattersalls Newmarket Horses In Training sale...
Beat The Tide (GB) 2010 – Sold
He is a winner over 13f on the flat and placed up to 2 miles, rated 72. He is also a winner over 2m 3f over hurdles rated 105 as recent as 13th August. He has had 1 run over fences, it was a better run than looks on paper behind a well handicapped horse, finishing only 7 lengths off the 2nd placed horse (who has won since). A horse behind him that day has also won since. He has form on soft and good ground, is consistent and will be a real fun horse currently sitting on fair handicap marks, Flat 72, Hurdles 105, Chase 103.
