This E15,000 foal purchase was always in the slipstream of Camden Beard here from flag fall under Barry Stone. Very much in contention at the business end, the El Salvador gelding only backed out of things shortly before the last here, and this was an initial effort which hinted that he, too, is a likely maiden winner to emerge from this heat.’
