Romano – SOLD

Romano is a 4yo gelding who was trained in Germany by Toni Potters and has Won his last Four races ranging from 12 to 14 furlongs on Good and Good to Soft ground so he is clearly improving and stays a trip.

He is by Guiliani, a Group 1 winner over 10f and placed in the Moulin (out of a full-sister to top jumps sire Getaway).  His only runner over jumps on these shores, Mucuna was rated only 50 on the flat and won four of her five starts over hurdles for Milton Harris last Summer.

Above are his last four race replays where his style of running is very similar to track the pace and attack in the closing stages where he runs down the leader every time.  He settles, stays, is straightforward and is very game.
